The Chic Gift Guide

What to get, what to get, what to get... The three words that have been racking my brain since Black Friday hit, the unofficial start the holiday shopping frenzy. Unlike many who have already finalized their gift giving lists, I am just at the start of my run (what can I say...I like to sprint rather than jog). Although I'm a last minute shopper, I have some go to gifts that would be great to not only give but to get as well.

FAB FUR

I'm a definitely lover of fur, and fur accessories (both real and faux) are perfect gifts. From the perfect snood to a warm hat, choosing a fluffy accessory is a great option for the women in your life. I received this fabulous fur pompom from the Linda Richards collection. I've seen a lot of these pom accessories available from Michael Kors,Fendi and even Target, but I have yet to see one as fluffy and full as this 100% rabbit gem. The good thing about choosing fur is you can go from high and low prices without missing the style. Going faux will always be easier on your wallet while getting the really deal will give you a more luxurious feel and will last longer.

GLAM PRINTS

Art is a reflection of someone's personality and can give life to a space. I adore Megan Hess prints and actually have 4 of her reprints hanging around my apartment at the moment. Her illustrations of women give power through beauty and are simply classic pieces for the modern woman. Even if you don't want to pay for an original print, you can go for a great reprint print of an amazing female figure in history. They're a great way to add glamour to your walls without being to obscure.

TAKE A PICTURE

Who doesn't like taking pictures? Certainly not me. I'm obsessed with the revival of the Polaroid camera and choose this as my super fun gift for 2015. This Fujifilm instaX Polaroid camera is compact and easy to use. Since Polaroid film can get a little pricey, you can find the film at a better price on sights like Amazon.

SMELL GOODS

If you can't think of anything to get, relaxing bath products are always a great option. If you aren't interested in the cliche Bath & Body Works, you can go up a level to  Sabon . They're artisan soaps and body scrubs are amazing. I love the smell and I especially love the textures and styles. If you don't want to just go for a bar of soap, try my favorite product: Mineral Powder in Vanilla Cocunut. I love the fact that this product has multiple uses. You can put them in the bath for a soothing creamy feel or you can put it directly on your body after you've used rinsed of your soap. It leaves your body smooth and feeling refreshed.
